Returns and Exchanges
Straps and accessories may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days, if the following conditions are met. Your item must be in unused and unworn condition--that is, the same condition when it left the Curated Wrist. Eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To complete your return, send us an email with the information regarding your order. Returns should be sent to the following address: Curated Wrist, 16 Summit Drive, Hingham, MA 02043, USA.
Like returns, accessories can be exchanged for a different item within 30 days if the item is in unused and unworn condition--that is, the same condition when it left the Curated Wrist. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (if any) for sending your item back to us (see address above) for an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your return was accepted and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again -- there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
